Jharkhand will change, just like Chhattisgarh: Rahul Gandhi at the election rally

SIMDEGA (JH): Congress leader Rahul Gandhi On Monday he promised to give up agricultural loans if the opposition coalition comes to power and promised to change the state, which has a significant tribal population, as well as the neighbor where his party came to power last year.

At an election rally here, Gandhi said that within a year of coming to power, the congressional government has changed the scene in Chhattisgarh.

You (the tribes) have land, forests and water, we are there to protect you, he said.

Gandhi said the BJP government in Chhattisgarh seized the lands of the tribes and handed them over to the industrialists, but the congressional government returned their lands.

Where we promised to give up agricultural loans, we did so after coming to power. Also in Jharkhand, we will do the same if our coalition is voted to power, Gandhi added.
