Pankaja Munde removes BJP from the Twitter biography

MUMBAI: The former minister and leader of BJP has removed the name of the party from his Twitter biography. Now his biography on the microblogging site says: RT are not endorsements.

Munde urged his supporters on Sunday to attend a rally to be held in Beed on December 12, also the anniversary of the birth of his late father and former union minister Gopinath Munde .

Through an emotional post on Facebook, he said that after his defeat in the recent polls of the Maharashtra assembly, he had received several calls and messages from his followers to meet, but could not do so due to the situation in the state.
