Amitabh Bachchan will fly to Poland and Slovakia to shoot 'Chehra'
The actor flies to Europe for the final schedule of his thriller from December 10; The producer expects him to direct the last scene of the film.
According to the media source, it was reported that Amitabh Bachchan , who plays Ranbir Kapoor's guru in the fantasy and action adventure directed by Ayan Mukerji Brahmastra ', he joined the 37-year-old actor and co-star Alia Bhatt in Manali last week to film the climax bigger than life. And amid the speculation that follows the publication of his blog that it is time to retire, we have now learned that Big B will fly to Europe next week to film the last schedule of the next thriller 'Chehre' by Rummy Jafry.
“We will record a sequence of action in a Slovak national park and in southern Poland from December 10. Amit ji will lead a chase sequence. The schedule extends over eight days with Amit ji also participating in light hand-to-hand fighting. We have hired two European action directors to design the sequence, producer Anand Pandit reports, adding that Emraan Hashmi and Annu Kapoor will also be part of the shoot.
The movie, which began in May, revolves around a group of friends, some of whom are retired lawyers. They are in a bungalow in Shimla to play a psychological game. While the 77-year-old actor plays one of the lawyers, Emraan is a business tycoon. They are pairing for the first time. Emraan is filming for the film in Delhi until December 7, after which the team will leave for Europe. “We will record in unexplored and picturesque places for which we have obtained a special permit. The temperature will be between minus 5-7 degrees Celsius and there will be snow, which excites us all, says the producer.
Because of his health problems, Bachchan was hospitalized last month. But it has recovered quickly. He recently attended the opening ceremony of the International Film Festival of India in Goa, which was followed by a moving performance that was part of a tribute to the martyrs of 11/26 in Mumbai, before leaving for Himachal Pradesh for the Karan Johar production.
“Amit ji himself insisted that we continue with the Polish calendar. His health is a concern for everyone, but by agreeing to go there, he shows that he is fit and well, says Pandit.
Meanwhile, the producer also has another surprise up his sleeve. On the last day of the calendar, we will ask Amit ji to direct the last scene of the movie. It will be a wonderful memory for all of us. Each star wants to direct a movie once in his life and Amit ji has not yet directed one. We would really like him to do it for us before calling it a wrap, he concludes.
