Mahima Makwana: Like Rani, I am independent and practical in most situations.
TV Actress Mahima Makwana, who made her debut as a child actress with ' Balika Vadhu 'is glad that she has been able to balance her career and her studies. Mahima will be seen playing the lead in the new TV show 'Shubharambh' and like her character Rani, Mahima, too, can juggle things well. She says “Some actors crib that working in showbiz is like a roller-coaster ride and the pace is too fast. But, then, nobody enjoys the phase when you have to sit at home and keep giving auditions. That’s when you realize that the roller-coaster ride was better. It’s hectic, but it keeps your plate filled with good work. ”
In his previous shows' Rishton Ka Chakravyuh 'and' Mariam Khan Reporting Live ', Mahima has played feisty characters. And now she is looking forward to her role in 'Shubhaarambh'. “It's different from those run-of-the-mill shows. My character Rani is someone who looks after the entire family, she is independent and looks after her family. She is not someone who will be scared to confront a situation. ”She adds,“ Like Rani, I am also juggling many things in real life. I am studying and acting, and I am independent and practical like her. ”
The current trend of supernatural shows on TV doesn’t excite her. She says, “I don’t connect with them. I don’t think I can relate to the naagins, daayans or ghosts on TV. I am glad there’s so much varied content on different platforms, which is far more realistic. ”
The Actress has films in his mind, too, and he has already bagged an international film. The movie is directed by Hollywood filmmaker Jefferey Gee Chin and is a cross shot in Telugu and English simultaneously, he reveals.
