IPL: Ashwin thanks KXIP fans for endless support
NEW DELHI: Ravichandran Ashwin has thanked Kings XI Punjab franchise for his support in the last two years when he was the captain of the Indian Premier League Squadron (IPL).

"It has been a wonderful journey with Kings XI Punjab ," Ashwin was quoted as saying by the Kings XI Punjab website.
I will always look fondly at the two years I spent with the Kings and will miss all my teammates. I am waiting for new challenges. I would also like to thank the fans for their endless support during the two years, it was amazing to see them go out and support their team, he added.
Anil Kumble, who was recently appointed KXIP Cricket Director and head coach, said now is the time to look to the next step.
