Ilaiyaraaja's concert for Kamal arrived on November 17

Recently, Kamal Haasan Raaj's production house Kamal Films International ( RKFI ), had announced that they will celebrate a three-day celebration to commemorate the Ulaganayagan by completing 60 years in the film industry. The events coincided with the actor's birthday, on November 7, and were scheduled for November 7 and 9.

As per the original plan, on November 7, Kamal would be unveiling a statue of his father in his native Paramakudi. He would then be unveiling a statue of his mentor, director K Balachander at his new office in Chennai. On the same day, the actor would also be part of a special screening of his epic Hey Ram. November 9 was supposed to see a concert by his good friend and master music director Ilaiyaraaja .

However, now, the concert has been pushed to November 17. This seems to be because RKFI felt it would be better to hold the event in an indoor stadium to avoid the event getting washed out due to rain. They will now be holding the event at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai.

Meanwhile, Kamal has wrapped up part of the India 2 Schedule in Gwalior and you will fly to Paramakudi tomorrow.
