Kiren Rijiju praises Shaili Singh for creating a national record
NEW DELHI: Minister of the Union for Youth and Sports Affairs Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday he praised athlete Shaili singh saying that she is a potential medalist in the World Athletics Championship.

On Sunday, Shaili achieved a national record in the category of children under 16 at the 35th national youth athletics meeting.
Shaili singh improved her national and meet record in girls U-16 long jump at 6.15m. She had the previous 5.14m record she created in the same competition last year in Ranchi.
