Startup launches platform to promote yoga, ayurveda

New Delhi, November 4 () An IITian has launched a platform, Healthyatri, to promote yoga, meditation, ayurveda and other ancient wellness practices.

Virender Arora, the founder of 'Healthyatri' who left a high-flying career in a multinational company, said the new company seeks to raise funds to make the platform more dynamic.

This platform is dedicated to promoting the benefits of yoga and other ancient wellness traditions throughout India, said Arora.

He said he would help people find and book retreat packages, workshops, teacher training courses and yoga, meditation, ayurveda, spa, naturopathy and other similar practices.

We help customers compare various packages and offers and choose one that suits their needs perfectly, he said.

When asked about the reason for leaving work in a multinational company and starting this company, he said that at the present time the level of stress is increasing and creating problems for people.

He added that the government is also taking a series of measures to promote new businesses in the country.

We take this opportunity and launch this platform. We are talking with few risk funds to raise a certain amount to expand this platform and make it more dynamic, he added.

On this platform, one can choose these practices and reserve the package, Arora said. We provide an online platform through which service providers provide various types of yoga, meditation and wellness experiences, including yoga, meditation and ayurveda with or without accommodations, and users can make reservations for those services, he said.
