NAGPUR: The Talented Tennis Player Of Sai Rajesh Bhoyar Continues To Climb With Each Passing Ride

A Few Days After The Impressive Shows In Nanded Last Month, Where She Missed The Double Crown - Doubles And Single - In The Under-16 All India Super Series Tennis Tournament, The 15-year-old Sai Has Been Named In The Prestigious Vision Prospects' Program For Calendar 2019.

State Of Maharashtra Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) Have Selected Nine Players From The State. MSLTA Considers All Players In Top 10 Rankings Of All India Tennis Association (AITA) In The Month Of January Every Year For Vision Prospects Or Vision Group Programs By MSLTA

It Is Learned That Sai Was Among The First Five Ranked Players In January. The Current List Includes Girls And Boys From Under-14, Under-16 And Under-18 Categories.

Sai Will Be Rewarded With The Scholarship Or 1 Lakh From MSLTA To Improve Various Aspects Of The Game. The Association Will Also Conduct Two Special Coaching Camps For Selected Players In Mumbai.

The List Of Selected Players Is Dominated By Players Predominantly From Mumbai And Pune Districts. Sai, A Sandipani School Student, Is The Only Player From Rest Of The Maharashtra To Feature In The List.

The Promising Tennis Player Also Featured In The Vision Prospect Last Season. In 2018, Sai Was Selected In The U-14 Category, While This Year, She Earned The Scholarship In The U-16 Category.

Sai, Who Won All India Girls Doubles Super Series Title In Mumbai This March, Had Missed The Doubles Crown In Nanded In April. The Defeat Was Tough To Digest As She And Partner Ishita Jadhav Or Pune's Lost The Deciding Third Game In The Tie-breaker. The Pair Loses 5-7, 7-6, 7-10 To Apurva And Abhaya Yemuri Or Telangana.
