The much-desired title 'Sanki', suggested by Salman Khan during 'Kick', which is rumored that Shah Rukh Khan will use for his next one, is registered with Sajid Nadiadwala
It has been almost a year since 'Zero' was released (December 21, 2018) and there is still no confirmation about the next Shah Rukh Khan after his departure from 'Saare Jahaan Se Achha', the biographical film about Indian astronaut, Rakesh Sharma . The rumor of the industry is that the actor has selected three directors, Rajkumar Hirani , Gurinder Chadha and Atlee Kumar, and it was widely speculated that he would make the long-awaited announcement on his birthday, November 2. According to some reports, the film with the director of the South is titled 'Sanki' with him playing an eccentric guy.
While nothing is known about this movie or any other, we can say that it will definitely not be called 'Sanki' because the title belongs to Sajid Nadiadwala , which has registered it in the Film Producers Guild of India. A source affiliated with the Guild reported: “Salman had suggested that Sajid register the title when they were doing 'Kick'. Although they finally stayed with Kick for his movie, since it was a new version of a Telugu movie with the same title, Sajid still owns the title 'Sanki' and without his NOC (Certificate of No Objection), no one else can use it In fact, there are three other producers in the queue for this much-desired title.
While Sajid was not available for comment, his spokesman confirmed that the filmmaker owns the title and added that the script for 'Sanki' is ready, along with the casting. We will officially announce the project shortly after Christmas, the spokesman said.
