The filmmaker Vipul Shah denies having been fooled by Rs 5 crore
Bollywood Producer and director Vipul Shah has denied reports that he has been duped by Rs 5 crore.
Several media outlets recently reported that a case was filed against three people for allegedly cheating Shah and his Rs 5 crore business partner by attracting them to invest in 'iridium businesses'.
Refuting all those reports, the Namastey London The director said: I was very surprised to read the news published in several media portals of me being cheated of Rs 5 crore in Iridium scam.
I want to record that the news is completely unfounded and false and have nothing to do with me. I deny the story in its entirety.
Unconfirmed reports say that the person who has been deceived is another person, but also has the name of Vipul Shah, and hence the confusion arose.
