Bank holidays in November 2019: here is the list of holidays
NEW DELHI: In India, public and private banks generally remain closed during holidays. In addition to the holidays, the banks close on the second and fourth Saturday.
Holidays in India may vary from state to state. However, banks observe holidays in national holidays such as Republic Day (January 26), Independence Day (August 15) and Gandhi Jayanti (October 2), etc.
In November, the banks will remain closed for the following days: November 3 (Sunday), November 9 (Second Saturday), November 10 (Sunday/Milad a Nabi), November 12 (Guru Nanak Jayanti), November 17 (Sunday), November 24 (fourth Saturday) and November 25 (Sunday).
