ClearTax acquires Dose FM to strengthen mobile technology capabilities

CHENNAI: tax and investment platform ClearTax has acquired the audio transmission platform based on Bengaluru FM dose so that an undisclosed amount becomes a one-stop shop for the financial needs of individuals and micro, small and medium enterprises.

ClearTax expects that the acquisition will strengthen its mobile capabilities and allow you to quickly build accounting, analysis and government products.

The key purpose of the acquisition, according to ClearTax , is to utilise the FM dose team's potential to build mobile -focussed products for simplifying financial lives.
