Before his coronation, Ganguly will travel to Kochi on Sunday for the inauguration of ISL-6. I am the face of ISL and I shot them. So I will attend the opening ceremony in Kerala, Ganguly said.

The former Indian starter left his post as a mentor to Delhi Capitals, but will continue filming for the Bengali reality TV show Dadagiri.

With Ganguly on guard at BCCI, the CAB will have to find a new president. The first meeting of the newly formed Apex Council was convened on Monday. The Council is expected to decide a date to hold elections to fill the vacant position.
