MUMBAI (Maharashtra): Former Union Minister and Senior Leader (NCP) Patel Orante on Tuesday he said that he has not yet received any notification or summons from the Directorate of Application (ED) regarding the alleged land agreement with the underworld gift Dawood Ibrahim The close assistant.

Later, Mirchi escaped from India and, consequently, a proclamation was issued against him and his various properties were attached to the Smuggling and Currency Exchange Authority (SAFEMA), the investigative agency said.

The research agency has identified Mirchi Benami properties, including 10 properties in Mumbai, one property in the UAE and 25 properties in the United Kingdom.

The ED will begin the process to attach the properties in India and rogatory letters will be sent to the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates to attach the properties.
