The girl from Bengaluru feels that making the idol from scratch is a revelation for her. “It just makes you realize how difficult it is to create these idols. Initially, I thought I would start the process, take a break and resume later. But clay hardens very quickly and you have to keep going. It was hard work, but it was worth the effort. I did get a little help from my dad too, and it was a wonderful way to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi this way, ”she adds.
