The famous director of Dangal, the next Nitesh Tiwari Chhichhore film covers 25 years as Sushant Singh Rajput , Shraddha Kapoor and other characters evolve from being university students to middle-aged people. To ensure that all actors were faithful to their characters at all times, Nitesh and his core team of five attendees held workshops to help actors understand the progression of their characters.

Talking about the creative process, Nitesh Tiwari He says: It was important that each actor aged differently according to their psychological transformation. So, we sit down and write each character's journey: what he has done in the last 25 years and how he has been emotionally impacted. For example, Anni [the character of Rajput] used to be curious and thoughtful in his college days. But the circumstances he faced later in life made him vulnerable and empathetic. Shraddha's character becomes more moderate, unlike the cheerful girl who was in college. We drew character graphics and made my actors understand what stage of life they were in.

The team held three-hour sessions for a week with the cast where they focused on their behavior and body language changes. Nitesh made sure that the entire cast understood the physical and emotional changes in the characters that affected their behavior.
