MEA: Pak has his own compulsions when lying to his people in the verdict of the International Court of Justice.

Describing the ruling as a full claim to India's position, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Thursday that Pakistan had its own compulsions in lying to its people that the judgment was avictory for Pakistan .

The MEA also asked Pakistan to immediately grant consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav in sync with the verdict.

“ Pakistan has been asked to provide consular access to Jadhav and they have to do it,” MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said. He added that the ICJ press release on the verdict mentioned eight points and all the points reflected that the verdict had gone in favour of India.

“Frankly, it seems to me they ( Pakistan ) are reading from a completely different verdict. The main verdict is of 42 pages. If there is no patience to go through 42 pages, they should go through the press release, where each and every point is in favour of India,” Kumar said, referring to Pakistan ’s claim of victory.
