Agra: Woman, lover of hiring murderers to murder her greedy husband

AGRA: Three months after a 34-year-old man disappeared from a remote area of ​​Bah, local police arrested his 29-year-old wife and three other men, including his mistress, for his brutality.

Identified as Satyapal, the victim came from Kheda Rathor. On March 30, his cousin, Siddharnath, filed an FIR at the Bah police station, saying that Satyapal had disappeared during the past three days.

On Monday afternoon, the police recovered the decomposed body of the victim from the dense forest of the village of Sunsar.

Pradeep Kumar Pandey, an officer at Bah's police station, said: During the three months of the investigation, we found that the victim's wife, identified as Sarvesh, had planned Satyapal's murder. The couple was married for almost nine years and had two children. But he was not happy with his husband because of his extravagant habits of saving money.

During the interrogation, the woman confessed that, in the absence of Satyapal, she had to borrow the phone and other items from her neighbor, which embarrassed her. Then he came on an illicit affair with his 22-year-old neighbor, Vijay. The duo remained in a relationship for a year, after which Sarvesh decided to eliminate her husband and marry Vijay. He gave Vijay his jewels and Rs 10,000 in cash and asked him to hire assassins who could assassinate Satyapal, leaving no trace of suspicion to them, said the SHO, Bah.

Following Sarvesh's instructions, Vijay hired three men, identified as Shivrat, Vipin and Chhatrapal. The four men strangled Satyapal with a rope and threw her body into the forest. We have arrested all those involved in the crime, except Chhatrapal, who is on the run, added Officer Pandey.

The defendants were registered under sections 302 of the IPC (murder), 201 (causing the disappearance of the evidence of the offense, or giving false information to the offender of the screen), 120 B (criminal conspiracy) and 364 (kidnapping by murder).
