SC hears Rafale against pleas and forgive petition against Rahul Gandhi together on May 10

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Monday Said It Together May 10 May Hear The Pleas To Review His Judgment On The Fighter Plane Hunt Rafale And The Despicable Petition Against Congress President Rahul Gandhi For Allegedly Attributing Some Comments.

The Court, Also Composed Of Justices S K Kaul And K M Joseph, Expressed Its Astonishment At The Way In Which The Review Pleas And The Contempt For Gandhi Petition Were Reported Separately On Various Dates On Which It Had Previously Ordered Both Cases To Be Dealt With Jointly.

We Are Little Amazed About The Fact That The Two Cases Are Mentioned On Two Different Dates When The Order Was That These Matters Are Heard Together, The Bank Said.

During The Short Hearing, Prashant Bhushan Defended The Bank That He Would Advocate The Grounds For Revision As Well As An Application Aimed At Producing Certain Documents.

He Said The Court Should Allow His Co-submitter And Former Foreign Minister Arun Shourie Submitting A Separate Request To Seek Perpetrator Action Against Unknown Government Servers For Allegedly Misleading The Court During The Previous Rafale Hearing
