While The Sources Of The National Testing Agency Claimed That A Public Notice Had Been Posted And Messages Were Sent To Registered Phone Numbers, Candidates Who Had Spoken With TOI Said They Were Not Informed In Such A Way.

South Western Railway Said That A Route Change Entered By Persistent Rail Work Caused The Train Delay, But Maintained That Passengers Were Informed About It. The Late Arrival Of The Coupling Train Also Delayed Train Travel.
