Adidas will hold virtual sports event for the WHO Covid-19 fund
NEW DELHI: German sportswear manufacturer Adidas On Thursday he announced the #HOMETEAMHERO Challenge, a virtual sports event for the world to come together and help make a difference by dedicating his workouts forever.
Globally, from May 29 to June 7, for each hour of follow-up, adidas will donate $ 1 to the Covid-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization ( who ), with the aim of reaching one million hours.

By uniting its global community of athletes to participate, the challenge is made possible by collaboration between multiple activity tracking apps including Garmin, Zwift, Polar, Suunto, JoyRuna and adidas' own suite of performance platforms: adidas Running. and adidas Training, which will also host a wide selection of guided workouts led by top athletes like Cricketer Rohit Sharma, Track Sprinter Hima Das and Boxers Nikhat Zareen and Simranjit Kaur.
The result of this collective effort is the creation of a global digital sports event, where everyone is invited to participate to help reach the goal of one million hours, making every minute matter, regardless of sport, discipline, level of skill or the current stage of emergency closure.
