APRC goes digital to conduct virtual Whangarei International Rally over the weekend

CHENNAI: The FIA ​​Asia Pacific Meeting Championship ( APRC ) is set to conduct the International Meeting of Whangarei virtually from May 8 to 10 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The online rally can be contested by any gamer of the DiRT Meeting 2.0 platform.

The virtual event will take place on the same dates that the New Zealand round would be held, but it was postponed.

Players play each round as a virtual event, accumulating automatically calculated points based on their final position. An overall winner will be declared once the final round is completed. Each online event will run at a time similar to the originally scheduled event.
