Bengal Governor urges CM Mamata to follow Constitution
KOLKATA: The Governor on Tuesday paid the home page to the chief architect of Dr. B R Ambedkar on his 129th birthday and urged the prime minister Mamata Banerjee to reflect and follow the Constitution.
After mocking the TMC government in the state, he said: The closure with the governor is unconstitutional and undemocratic.

The governor said that the confrontation between the West Bengal government and the Raj Bhavan violates the Constitution.
Democracy in danger, constitution violated, he added.
Dhankhar, in a tweet, urged Banerjee on Monday to end the confrontation with the Raj Bhavan.
Dhankhar has disagreed with the state government over a number of problems since he took office in July last year.
