Unlike many fitness enthusiasts who are endorsing various viral online fitness challenges, here it is Pooja Ramachandran of Bigg Boss Telugu 2 fame and husband John Kokken who also emphasize staying mentally strong during confinement.

They further give a peek into how they are spending their quarantine life. John revealed that they divide the household chores and try to stay occupied throughout the day. He added that they ensure to work out at least 30-45 minutes every day.

Pooja opines that working out every day and staying physically strong will definitely help our mental health .
