My version of Maa Durga-Shakti🙏🏻 does not follow any reference ... I only imagined and drew my thought ... I am aware that it lacks precision, proportion, etc. But the idea was to connect with my inner self and let it express itself. However, and share my experience ... whether there is any activity: painting, cooking, dancing, doing yoga, exercising, playing a sport (staying indoors) or whatever you like, let it connect with your soul, nothing more therapeutic than that ... We are all in this together ... it's a long journey and we support and encourage each other to build stronger emotional health ❤️ #stayhome #staysafe
