South Korea continues downward trend in new cases
SEOUL: An additional 32 reported in the last 24 hours, a continuing downward trend in developments in the country.
He and said in a statement Sunday that additional cases increased the country's total to 10,512.
It says 7,368 of them have been recovered and released from quarantine and that 13,788 are under tests to determine if they have contracted the virus.
The center says the number of deaths in South Korea from the coronavirus increased by three to 214.
South Korea's number of cases has slowed recently, compared to the beginning of March, when it registered hundreds of new cases every day.
But there are concerns about a steady increase in infections related to those arriving from abroad and recent transmissions in bars and other leisure facilities.
