IBM's Kapoor is the First Indian Female Fellow

Bangalore: Shalini Kapoor of IBM India is among 12 IBMers worldwide who have been honored as a Fellow, the highest designation for the iconic company on its technical scale. She is the first female Fellow to leave IBM India. Last year Ram Viswanathan became the first IBM member to leave its operations in India.

Kapoor is currently a distinguished engineer and director of cognitive applications Watson IoT India and IBM. He did a BTech in Computer Science from the University of Lucknow, and then a Master's in Management and Information Systems from the SP Jain Institute of Management&research.heworkedforthreeyearswithhcl,joinedibmin2000.
