Telangana: Coronavirus patient discharged from hospital, called again after positive test result
HYDERABAD: Authorities at Chest Hospital in Hyderabad called authorities at Chest Hospital in Hyderabad to call again a senior Deputy Superintendent Officer (DSP) who turned negative on Thursday. The 55-year-old official who tested positive on March 23 was suspended by the government for defying domestic quarantine rules. Her son had also tested positive for coronovirus.
According to high-level authorities, he was called again on Thursday night. We received his negative report in the afternoon and he was discharged, but in the late afternoon his report was positive, so we called him and he joined the hospital, they said.
However, they said nothing about how they were different. But they refuted the news that he was discharged, confusing being another patient who had the same name as him.
