India retains 108th place in latest FIFA rankings
ZURICH (Switzerland): The Indian soccer team retained its 108th place in the last FIFA classification issued on Thursday. In view of COVID-19 Pandemic, a whole series of international matches have been postponed, including qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup and other major tournaments.
The dates were redrawn for the most prominent men's events, such as the Olympic soccer tournament, the CONMEBOL Copa América and UEFA EURO.
In this context, the ranking was affected by only four matches, all friendly, and as such remains almost identical to the previous edition.

The other five teams involved in friendly matches since the last world scale update were Panama (played twice - 81st, unchanged), Uzbekistan (85th, unchanged), Belarus (87th, unchanged), Guatemala (130th, unchanged) changes) and Nicaragua (151º, unaltered).
Belgium and France kept their first and second position respectively in the latest rankings. Brazil is in third place followed by England .
