I'm really enjoying Instagram: Payal Ghosh, the famous fame of Prayanam, talks about his journey on social media

Bengali beauty Payal Ghosh made her big screen debut in Tollywood with Chandra Sekhar Yeleti's travel movie Prayanam (2009) Although it was his first film, he managed to impress critics and moviegoers alike with his natural acting, expressive eyes, and dazzling screen presence. However, the talented diva didn't find much luck in Telugu cinema. After playing Chitra's supporting role in NTR's Oosaravelli and entertaining the masses with her glamorous Mr. Rascal avatar, she moved to Bollywood and showed his mettle.

Besides films and brand endorsements, Payal Ghosh is a darling on Instagram with more than a million followers to his credit. From an ethnic sari, a floral jacket, lehenga to a voluptuous bikini, a monokini and a swimsuit, you certainly know how to wear any outfit with the utmost grace.

In an exclusive conversation with E Times, Payal spoke about his journey on social media and how he dealt with trolls online . “Though I'm just 1.5 years old on Instagram, I am thoroughly enjoying the photo-sharing platform. I have good number of followers who appreciate my posts with likes and comments, ”she said.

Admitting that she has never been an active participant on social media, the 30-year-old actress said “During early years, I used to stay away from social media. However, my team used to handle them. But when it comes to Instagram, I enjoy interacting with my fans and posting pictures from personal space and photo-shoots. ” Responding on trolls, she says “Of course, there are trolls. But I ignore them for good. Though I'm a short-tempered person, I take them lightly. ”

After a 3-year break from films, Payal Ghosh made her grand comeback to Bollywood with Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi in 2007. Starring alongside Vir Das, Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal, she played a Gujarati girl in the romantic-comedy. Opening up on her accent, she said “Though I am Bengali, I managed in Southern films. And as compared to Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada, Gujarati was easy to do; it's quite close to Hindi. ” Recently, Payal revealed to IANS a while back that she is learning Spanish for an upcoming Bollywood role.
