Ishan Porel donates Rs 50,000 in fight against COVID-19
KOLKATA: Bengal pacemaker Ishan Porel On Wednesday he contributed Rs 50,000 in the country's fight against COVID-19, which has forced a 21-day shutdown in India.
The young and talented runner has donated Rs 20,000 each to State aid fund and the Prime Minister's Relief Fund, and 10,000 rupees to a local hospital to buy masks, gloves and disinfectants.

Porel, a native of Chandannagar, also urged people not to go out on the streets unnecessarily.
