Homemade Turmeric Pills Ingredients:

Ghee: 1 tablespoon

Jaggery (chopped): 2 tablespoons

Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon

Method: nAdd all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Make small, round pea-sized balls. Have a ball every two hours.

2. Berry smoothie

Ingredients: ·

Alomonds: 1 teaspoon

Pistachios: 1 teaspoon

Mixed berries or strawberries: 1 cup

Yogurt: 2 tablespoons

Honey to taste

Basil leaves to decorate

Method: Add all the above ingredients to a blender and mix well. Pour the mixture into a glass and decorate with some basil leaves.

3. Star anise tea

Ingredients:

Star anise: 1 piece

Water: 1 cup

Dry black tea/green tea leaves: 1 teaspoon

Method:

Take star anise and boil it in water. Add some tea leaves. Turn off the flame and cover the container with a lid. Leave it for a minute or two. Pour your tea into a cup and enjoy it.

4. Ashwagandha Smoothie

Ingredients: ·

Milk: 1 cup

Drink chocolate: 1 teaspoon

Ashwagandha powder: 1 tsp

Add all of the above ingredients to a blender and mix well. Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy the chocolate flavored immunity booster.
