Bigg Boss Malayalam 2 fame RJ Sooraj: I wasn't good at the game but I kept my dignity

Controversies weren't new to the social media star RJ Sooraj . From receiving threats for your comments on a flash mob years ago to the latest trolls big boss stint, Sooraj made headline a number of times. In an exclusive chat with ETimes-TV, Sooraj opened up about his life after big boss .

Your entry big boss as a wildcard entrant was unexpected, how did it happen?

They asked me to visit Chennai for a quick meeting with the team and finally they selected me. I wasn't ready, but I thought I'd give it a try. Being a social media addict, I wanted to challenge myself by not using it. Fortunately, I was successful for 30 days.

You joined the show halfway ...

Initially, it wasn't as smooth as it gelled with housemates. Although I tried to relate to them, they were busy with 'personal matters'. But thanks to homework, things changed.

Trolls, trolls everywhere, how are you doing?

(Laughter) It wasn't the first time that trollers loved me. Usually I am annoyed at presenting my views on certain things, but this time, the sad thing is that I have done nothing wrong.

Netizens trick me with the image of the bean bag, accusing me of being a lazy man who just sits down. If I was a lazy man, how will I get through the coin round? I admit I was not active in gossiping or fighting, well that's my nature. I don't scream or fight over unnecessary things. All the troubles that took place in the house seemed silly. Maybe I wasn't good at the game, but I'm happy that I kept my dignity by not getting into ugly fights. It was being 100% true in the game show. In addition to trollers, a large group of people still appreciate me for staying positive during my period.

Second, people fool me for being an 'Aria supporter'. They claim he was backing down Aria to get roles in some TV shows or movies. This is without foundation. Both of them Pashanam Shaji and Aria were celebs whom I liked, so I tried to interact much to them.

Third, people accuse me of not defending Rajith Kumar . Yes, he knew about his fan base outside before entering the program. But, I didn't want to support him for the simple fact of doing it. I was always clear about my ideology and principles.

How is life after big boss ?

I had a hangover for a couple of days. The first thing I looked for when I woke up was the microphone. However, thanks to the program, people started to notice me and that's when I found out about the great scope of the program.
