A cultural extravagance of millennials at this university in Lucknow
Avadh Girls Degree College organized its annual four-day sports and cultural festival on its campus. After the two-day sporting event, the cultural festival, Nazrana-e-Avadh began with much zeal and fervor. The cultural festival was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by the main guest. Abhishek Prakash , District Magistrate, Lucknow along with his wife Vijaylaxmi .
The event witnessed a large participation of different universities. There was a rather entertaining and informative street work on the subject Humanity should be our race, love should be our religion. Dr. Upma Chaturvedi , Director of the university, said: “The festival has been held at this university since 1975. This year, almost 19 different colleges and universities participated in Nazrana-e-Avadh. Events like these offer discipline, fun, teamwork, dedication, preparation and personality development.
