Coronavirus in India: 2 positives; one from Delhi, another from Telangana

NEW DELHI: On Monday, two other positive cases were detected in India. One case was detected in New Delhi, while the other was from Telangana.

The person from Delhi has a history of travel from Italy, where he has killed 41 people, the worst in Europe. The person in Telangana recently traveled from Dubai, according to a GDP statement.

Both patients are stable and are being closely monitored.

Last month, three positive cases were detected in Kerala. All three patients recovered and were discharged from the hospital. All three had tested positive for coronavirus upon their return from Wuhan, where the outbreak began.

The overall figure exceeded 3,000 after more deaths were reported in the epicenter of China. Around 88,000 positive cases have been reported worldwide. Iran is the worst blow after China. The Islamic Republic has reported 54 deaths, so far.
