Appeal to transfer the rejected Bhaiyyu Maharaj case

INDORE: The judge of the district and session court has rejected a request requesting the transfer of the hearing from the case to another court.

Sharad's lawyer said the court had not followed his order. Police and prosecutors had not provided essential documents and evidence even six months after the court of special judge PS Pran ordered to supply it, Gurjar said.

Police and prosecutors also pledged in the higher court to provide documents to the defendant's lawyer.

Vinayak's lawyer, Ashish Chourey, said a special court had allowed our request under Section 91 of CrPC to provide documents, but the JFMC court that heard the matter did not follow.

Chourey also said police could not present witnesses on time during the hearing. “After a year and a half of the incident, we are examining the first witness in the case. This is only delaying the trial, ”he said.

Police arrested three defendants, Vinayak Dudhale, and Sharad Deshmukh on January 18 last year after Bhaiyyu Maharaj committed suicide by shooting himself in his daughter's room in Township on June 12, 2018.
