NDA united in Bihar, says Nitish Kumar in the demonstration of JD workers (U)
PATNA: Bihar's chief minister Nitish Kumar On Sunday he said that the NDA, of which his JD (U) is a member, was united in Bihar while seeking to dispel the confusion arising from his recent meetings with the RJD leader, Tejashwi Yadav.
Addressing a 'part of the party here, Kumar stressed that, since the state assembly passed a unanimous resolution against the NRC and the NPR,' patience 'must be maintained in the CAA and avoid' controversies' until the matter be in court.
He also told JD (U) workers that we resolved to ensure that NDA wins more than 200 seats in the Bihar assembly polls. Kumar also criticized the Congress-RJD opposition alliance about the Bhagalpur riots in 1989 and said it was only after his government came to power in 2005 that the culprits were taken to the book and the victims obtained justice.
