Cipla will publish its third quarter results tomorrow

NEW DELHI: The drug specialist is likely to announce his earnings for the third quarter on Wednesday, February 5.

For the quarter ending September 30, the company recorded a 25% year-on-year increase in consolidated earnings at Rs 471.35 crore. And, revenues increased 8 percent to Rs 4,264.24 rupees compared to Rs 3,947.93 rupees in the same period of the previous year.

While declaring the results of the second quarter, Umang Vohra, MD and CEO Global, Cipla said: Our local markets continued to bode well. The Indian companies registered a solid performance in commercial generics and in all the key therapies in branded businesses, while in South Africa, the private market businesses significantly outperformed the market.

Today, that is, on Tuesday, February 4, Cipla was trading at Rs 451.10 () at 12:51 p.m.
