NEW DELHI: Before the presentation of the Union Budget 2020-21 in Parliament on Saturday, the Union minister offered prayers at his residence and said the government has tried to bring the best for the people and for the country.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present her second budget today.

Sitharaman will present the annual budget for the year ending March 2021.

The budget speech will begin around 11 a.m. today with Sitharaman beginning with a speech to the speaker of Lok Sabha. Usually, the duration of the presentation varies from 90 to 120 minutes.
