2020 TVS Apache RR310 launched at Rs 2.40 lakh
CHENNAI: TVS Motor Company on Thursday launched the 2020 version of the Apache RR310 flagship motorcycle at Rs 2.40 lakh (ex-showroom, India) with an updated BSVI engine and a number of updated features.
Among the highlights, the RR310 now has cable acceleration technology, which offers four driving modes. While most of the mechanisms remain the same, the motorcycle now sits with new Michelin Road 5 tires. The engine offers the same power of 32 ho and 27.5 Nm as in the previous generation.
Visually, no drastic changes have been made, which gives the perennial avant-garde appearance to the RR310. In advance, the motorcycle has a removable visor, updated graphics throughout the body and a completely new color scheme: dual tone titanium black.
In the software department, RR310 includes a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth-enabled SmartXonnect and control cubes on the handlebar to toggle.
Against the outgoing version, the 2020 avatar is more expensive for Rs 11,000 and the motorcycle competes with KTM Duke 390, BMW G310R and Honda CB300R.
