Sophie Choudry believes that exercise should be something natural for you

Sophie Choudry, one of Bollywood's fittest celebrities, says she doesn't believe in extreme diets or extreme workouts.

I don't believe in extreme diets or extreme workouts. My motto has always been consistency. I feel that the physical condition should be part of your lifestyle and should be something natural for you. Then, you will not find it difficult and you will not treat it as a task. I feel that one should exercise every day, be it dance, yoga, swimming or anything else, make it part of your life, Sophie said, in the 3rd edition of the Pilates Festival of India organized by famous fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala in Mumbai.

Pilates is a fitness system developed in the early twentieth century by Joseph Pilates, who called his method Contrology. It is practiced all over the world, especially in countries such as Australia, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

I am a big fan of Pilates. I've been doing it with Yasmin since the last seven years. My mother used to do it in London, so I have knowledge since my childhood. It has really changed my life. I feel healthier and it has made me aware of my body, which is why I loved this initiative because awareness about Pilates is increasing in India. People are curious about it and want to get knowledge about it.
