Early today, the Patiala House Court ruled that the four death row inmates, Mukesh, Vinay Sharma, Akshay Singh and Pawan Gupta, in the case of a 2012 Nirbhaya group rape will be hanged on January 22 at 7 AM in Tihar prison . The order was pronounced by additional session judge Satish Kumar Arora, who issued death warrants against them. The convicts' lawyer, AP Singh, said they will file a curative petition in the Supreme Court.
