The Tamil Nadu government will hold a camp for aspiring entrepreneurs
CHENNAI Tamil Nadu Institute of Business Development and Innovation run by the government ( EDII ) hold a free business awareness day to camp at Guindy in Chennai on Thursday (January 9).
Ambitious businessmen , aged above 18 years, irrespective of sex, skillset or employment status could participate in the to camp , said an official release.
During the first phase of the to camp , participants will get to know the benefits of businessmen hip, selection of projects and potential support available from banks, government and other financial institutions.
After this, various government schemes and policies related to the promotion of micro and small industries will be discussed, the statement said.
At the end of the session, ideas from interested candidates will be collected. Subsequently they will receive training on how to prepare an appropriate business model or plan in a week.
Those who seek support in the selection of projects will be selected for a specialized four-week paid training. Upon completion, they will know the specific sources of financing and the subsidies available.
