AP: Father kills a three-month-old baby suspecting wife's character
TIRUPATI: In a horrible incident, a man killed his own son, suspecting his wife's faithfulness, in Mandal on Sunday.
Rajendra, a resident of the Rajiv colony of the city of Vempalle, began to suspect his second wife Krishida, who delivered a son three months ago.
He had been fighting with her because the girl didn't belong to him. Unable to find the baby on Friday, he looked for her nearby and finally filed a complaint with the Vempalle police.
After the investigation, Rajendra agreed to have killed the boy and buried him in the bed of the Papaghni River. Then he took the police to the place, from where the body was exhumed, observed by the shocked residents of the town.
The defendant was immediately arrested and placed in police custody.
