Young people take #maskchallenge to commemorate World Environment Day

As the theme for World Environment Day this year is 'Beat Air Pollution', many young people from cities took the #maskchallege on social media platforms to present the harsh realities of the air pollution In our country. Started by WWF Volunteer in MP Akshat Shrivastava, who says: Air pollution is a silent killer that causes 7 million premature deaths every year. Worldwide, approximately 40% of waste is burned openly, which adds to emissions. This year we decided to use masks to show how suffocating our air is and we have to remedy it immediately.
