He will hang Asaduddin Owaisi with a crane: Nizamabad BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind
HYDERABAD: MP BJP of Nizamabad, Arvind has fueled a controversy by stating that he would hang MP MP from Hyderabad and president of AIMIM Asaduddin Owaisi Face down a crane and shave your beard.
Without stopping before that, Arvind added that he would give Prime Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao a shaved beard for taking a stand against the Citizens Amendment Act (CAA). TRS parliamentarians voted against CAA in Parliament.
Arvind made these comments on Friday night while heading to a public meeting in Nice. The meeting was organized in support of CAA and the National Registry of Citizens by BJP.
Comment waiting: Arvind
Arvind told TOI that he kept his comments. Owaisi has said it will not save RSS and BJP, Arvind said.
“Nine years ago, his own brother and MLA of Chandrayangutta Akbaruddin Owaisi was stabbed several times and members of his own community stabbed him and fired in his own territory (old city of Hyderabad). Is your brother still receiving treatment for those injuries after nine years and threats to BJP?
Arvind defeated the daughter of CM K Chandrasekhar Rao K Kavitha in Nizamabad in what was one of the biggest surprises of 2019 Lok sabha elections. After coming to power, he had said he wanted to change the name of Nizamabad to Indur.
Owaisi had made a public demonstration against the Citizenship Amendment Law in Nizamabad on December 27 and accused the Prime Minister Narendra Modi of insulting all Indians and cheating the nation. However, Arvind accused Owaisi of coming to the city and inciting communal passions to polarize Muslim votes in favor of TRS. During his speech on Friday, Arvind said: “They held a meeting on the Idgah site in Nizamabad. On the same ground, I will bring a crane, hang it (Owaisi) upside down and shave my beard. The son of the prime minister (TRS labor president, K T Rama Rao) is an atheist. What do you know about the Hindu dharma? And these people are talking about secularism.
He also said that the BJP will not return to the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Law. “Just because the buses have burned, we will not return. In the future, more laws will be enacted and I will not name the new laws, but they will be enacted, ”he added.
