White House: Iran's reprisals for the murder of Soleimani would be a bad decision

WASHINGTON: White House National security adviser Robert O'Brien said Friday that any Iranian retaliation in response to the assassination of the Iranian military commander Qassem by the United States would be a very bad decision.

O'Brien, informing reporters about the US operation at a conference call, said Soleimani was beaten while traveling in the Middle East planning attacks on US military personnel and diplomats in the region.
