Rudrapratap of Ambala wins gold in the national subjunior gymnastics games

AMBALA: on 28 National Junior Junior Gymnastics Contest held in Jodhpur Rajasthan, Rudrapratap Verma Ambala has won the gold medal not only in the Ambala district but also throughout the state. Rudrapratap received blessings from Haryana's home minister, Anil Vij at his residence on Wednesday.

The interior minister of Haryana thanked the players' performance in this competition held in Rajasthan and congratulated Rudrapratap for winning the gold medal and said that the pride of the Ambala district has increased and that the other players in the state will also receive an inspiration copy.

Rudrapratap coaches Satpal Chhabra and Balbir Singh also accompanied the athlete.

Coaches reported that the 28 Junior Sub National Gymnastics Contest was held in Jodhpur from December 25 to December 29, 2019. Around 600 players from 28 states took part in this national competition, out of which 22 players were from Haryana state. “The players of the state performed well in this competition and out of 8 players of Ambala, Rudrapratap Verma has won the gold medal with his talent.”

Vij said: The best work has been done to ensure that players get better facilities in sports. The new sports policy has given players a better chance to progress in life. Other states are following Haryana's sports policy.

“The track of athletes is being built in the cantonment of Ambala along with the construction of a football stadium with the best state-of-the-art facilities for players. This stadium is approved by FIFA and will have facilities for day and night games, Minister Anil added.

For the players, it is no less than a dream that they will get a better sports stadium and this will be a great gift for the people of Ambala and the surrounding areas.

Coaches Satpal Chhabra and Balbir Singh said that with the blessings of the Interior Minister, new energy is transmitted to the players. Everyone is familiar with the work that the interior minister of Haryana is doing for the world of sports.
