Villgro announces Rs 4crore financing for startups

CHENNAI: social incubator Villgro on Friday he announced a money of more than Rs 4 crore for startups in all domains of agribusiness, health and renewable energy.

Among the companies, BeAble Health, a manufacturer of rehabilitation and medical devices, received Rs 25,00,000 and Flexmotiv Technologies, which creates anti-slip and all-terrain crutches, received the same money .

In partnership with Hindustan Unilever Foundation (HUF), Villgro funded four startups dedicated to the conservation and management of water in agriculture.

Kritsnam Technologies, which builds IoT solutions to manage water resources, received Rs 50,00,000. Oscillo Machines, which manufactures agricultural equipment, has bagged Rs 30,00,000 from the company.
